SHIPPING POLICY:
To ensure the safe delivery of your new luxurious hair, all packages must be signed for. This guarantees you receive your order and we will receive confirmation of you or someone signing on your behalf receiving your package.

By requiring a signature upon receipt, we aim to provide you with peace of mind knowing that your order is in safe hands. This additional step ensures that your package reaches you securely and allows us to confirm that you or a trusted individual has received it.
PICKUP POLICY:
When in checkout, during the shipping choices, select the Pickup option. Pickup location is located in Bronx, NY. Pickup address will be provided via email when order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are Friday and Saturday ONLY 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
LOST PACKAGES POLICY:
Once a package has been shipped, and confirmation and shipping details have been emailed to the customer, we are not liable for any lost packages. In such cases, the customer must file a complaint or claim with the designated delivery carrier.
